At Brownhills West, we encourage children to foster a curiosity for the universe around them, whilst also promoting respect for the living and non-living. We recognise that children are naturally curious and promote this inquisitive nature throughout their school journey, particularly in engaging and fun science lessons. We are passionate to develop every child’s working scientifically skills to ensure children become confident scientists.

Summer term STEM Club
This term the children have enjoyed taking part in a bubble experiment, designing and making their own boat and testing them, following instructions to make lava lamps, volcanic eruptions and cornflour slime.
Cultural Project - The children focused on 3 areas: Climate, Waste and Nature.
